In 1969 the Yowani Club was converted into a Country Club, with the addition of three first class bowling greens, which are considered amongst the best in the ACT.  Around the same time a modern Clubhouse was also opened. Again in May 2007 the Yowani Country Club completed a reburbishment of the club house including new bar area updated restaurant and function room.

The Country Club offers a majestic 18 hole golf course, with facilities for bowls, and a restaurant.
