WORLD RANKINGS CHANGE

The latest golfers world rankings, as released earlier in this month, on the 4th of February 2008, has seen many a number of improvements, especially for the South Africans Rory Sabbatini and Ernie Els.

At the expense of Adam Scott, after a remarkable game at the Dubai Desert Classic, Els now sits in fourth position.

In a career-record high, Sabbatini now finds himself placed in eighth position.

With more than double the points of Phil Mickelson, who finds himself in second position is Tiger Woods, still standing strong at number one, for over 481 weeks now.

Leaping an amazing 135 places, to find himself in the 62nd position is winner of the PGA Tour FRB Open, JB Holmes.
