SPOTS OPEN FOR RYDER CUP TEAM

26 June 2008 – There are still many positions up for grabs to become a part of the European Ryder Cup team and the British Open, and this has become a great lure for all those participating in this week’s French Open to be held at Le Golf National.

The top two golfers to play at this four million dollar European Tour major will be rewarded with the positions to plat at the Royal Birkdale next month.

Currently, the top two challengers are Felipe Aguilar of Chile and Scott Strange of Australia.

Darren Clarke and Paul McGinley are desperate to get a high finish in the French Open to get their places.
